Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The free plan includes Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, with 10 meetings a month and no limit on meeting length. Every meeting gets AI notes, action items, a transcript and the video, and you can ask 1 AI chat question per meeting. No credit card to start.
What does Pro add?
Unlimited meetings and unlimited AI chat. You can connect Scribbl to Claude or ChatGPT and ask about every meeting, use the integrations with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack, Asana, Monday and Google Drive, and run Automations 50 times a month. Pro is $13 per user per month billed annually, or $20 monthly.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. The Team plan is $20 per person per month billed annually, or $29 monthly, for 3 or more people. For 1 or 2 people it's $50 per person a month, or $600 a year. It includes everything in Pro, Automations with no limit on runs, and jobs you write in plain words that Scribbl runs with your own Claude. Smart Collections and Automations can include your teammates' meetings once each person says yes. You start it yourself from the Team plan page, with no sales call.
What counts as an Automations run?
One automation doing one thing for one meeting, like drafting a follow-up email, logging notes in HubSpot, posting to Slack or adding a row to a Google Sheet. Free includes 3 runs a month, Pro 50, and Team has no limit. Runs past the limit wait, then go out on the 1st of the month or as soon as you upgrade.
Does a bot join my meeting?
No. On Google Meet, Scribbl works through its Chrome extension, and on Zoom and Microsoft Teams, Scribbl Desktop records from your own computer. Nothing appears in the participant list and there's nothing for your guests to wonder about.

Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, on every plan including free. Google Meet uses the Chrome extension, and Zoom and Microsoft Teams use Scribbl Desktop for Mac with Apple silicon and Windows. Every meeting lands in one account.
What languages does it support?
Scribbl transcribes more than 85 languages on Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and it can write your notes in a different language from the meeting.
Is my data private?
Your recordings are private by default. Nobody sees a meeting unless you choose to share it, and Scribbl doesn't use your meetings to train AI for anyone other than you.
Recording laws vary by region, so make sure you have the consent you need from the people in your meetings.
