Fellow Pricing (2026): Is Fellow Free? Every Plan Explained

Fellow pricing, checked Oct 19, 2026: Free $0, 5 AI notes and recordings per user for life. Team $7 a month billed annually or $11 monthly, Business $15 or $23.

Updated October 19, 2026

Yes, Fellow is free, but only for 5 meetings: the Free plan costs $0 and gives each user 5 AI notes and 5 AI recordings for the lifetime of the account, not per month. The paid plans are Team at $7 per user per month billed annually or $11 monthly, Business at $15 or $23, and Enterprise at $25 billed annually for 10 or more users; if you want AI notes on every meeting for free, with nothing joining the call, Scribbl, which we make, gives you 10 meetings a month on Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams with the video, a transcript with speaker names and AI notes on each one: Start free.

Every Fellow price and limit on this page comes from fellow.ai/pricing and Fellow's help center, checked on October 19, 2026. Prices are in US dollars, per user per month.

Is Fellow free? What the free plan really includes

Fellow's Free card says "For those getting started with Fellow" and lists "5 AI notes (lifetime) / user" and "5 AI recordings (lifetime) / user," audio and video uploads, AI meeting summary, transcription and action items, Ask Fellow, and the Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Slack integrations. Fellow's help center fills in the rest (Our Free plan, February 17, 2026):

  • 5 recordings, for life. Each credit covers one recorded and transcribed meeting with AI summaries. Fellow's help center says "you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to record additional meetings."
  • Short note history. Only notes from the past 14 days are accessible; older notes are "preserved but inaccessible on the free plan" until you upgrade. (A second help article says 15 days.)
  • Small team. The pricing page's table caps Free at 5 seats; the help center says the free plan is for teams up to 10. Either way, more people means a paid plan.
  • 5 uploads per user, for life.

Fellow's Free plan is a way to see the product on five meetings. It isn't a plan you can run your meetings on.

Do it with Scribbl: AI notes on every meeting, free

Scribbl is an AI note taker for Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and we make it. There's no lifetime allowance: every meeting on the free plan gets AI notes, the transcript and the video.

  1. Add Scribbl. The Chrome extension for Google Meet, or Scribbl Desktop for Mac (Apple silicon) and Windows for Zoom and Teams. You don't need to be the host.
  2. Join the meeting as usual. Nothing joins the call, so there's no extra participant to admit or explain.
  3. Open the notes when it ends. The video, a transcript with speaker names, AI notes and action items are in your Scribbl account.

The free plan includes Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, with 10 meetings a month and no limit on meeting length. Start free.

Fellow Team: $7 or $11 per user per month

Team is "For small teams" of up to 20 seats. It costs $7 per user per month billed annually ($84 a year) or $11 monthly. Over Free it gives you 10 AI notes per user a month and 10 AI recordings per user, 10 uploads per user a month, unlimited note history, meeting automations, project management integrations, Confluence and Notion integrations, and API access. Fellow's help center describes Team's AI credits as "per user/per month pooled at the workspace level," with more available to buy (What is Fellow's pricing model?, February 18, 2026). Ten meetings a month is two a week; a team that meets more than that runs out.

Fellow Business: $15 or $23 per user per month

Business is "For org-wide AI meeting support," up to 50 seats, at $15 per user per month billed annually ($180 a year) or $23 monthly. It's the first Fellow plan with unlimited AI notes and recordings. It adds Sales AI recap templates, org-wide meeting templates, CRM integration with HubSpot, keyword tracking, bot avatar customization and 50 uploads per user a month.

Fellow Enterprise: $25 per user per month, billed annually

Enterprise is $25 per user per month billed annually, "Starts at 10 users," so the smallest order is $3,000 a year. It adds advanced recording permissions, domain control, user provisioning, single sign-on with Okta and OneLogin, HRIS sync, security and legal reviews, org-wide meeting analytics, AI-powered CRM field updates and transcript redaction.

What Fellow costs for 1, 5 and 10 people

Fellow bills per user. These totals multiply the per-user price out.

WhoPlan and billingPer monthPer year
1 personTeam, annual$7$84
1 personTeam, monthly$11$132
1 personBusiness, annual$15$180
1 personBusiness, monthly$23$276
5 peopleTeam, annual$35$420
5 peopleBusiness, annual$75$900
10 peopleTeam, annual$70$840
10 peopleBusiness, annual$150$1,800
10 peopleEnterprise, annual$250$3,000

Two things decide your row: how many meetings each person records (Team stops at 10 a month, Business is the first plan without a cap) and the seat caps of 5, 20 and 50. For comparison, Scribbl Pro is $13 per user per month billed annually, or $20 monthly (Scribbl pricing), with unlimited meetings and nothing joining the call: $156 a year for one person, $780 for 5 and $1,560 for 10.

How Fellow billing, trials and cancelling work

From Fellow's pricing FAQ and help center, as of October 19, 2026:

  • Trial. "All plans include a free 14-day trial of Fellow's paid features." No credit card is required, and when the trial ends the workspace is on the Free plan.
  • How you're billed. On the active users in your workspace at the start of each monthly or yearly cycle, which Fellow's FAQ calls "pre-paying for a set number of your teammates." Deactivated or departed users can be replaced "at no extra cost."
  • Payment. Credit card, check or bank transfer.
  • Refunds and cancelling. Fellow's pricing page and help center have no refund or cancellation policy.
  • Startups. A startup program offers up to 25% off the first year.

How Fellow joins your meetings

Fellow records with its Note Taker, which joins Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Slack huddles as a participant. Fellow's help center says you "need to allow your Note Taker to join every meeting you want to get transcribed and summarized," and you can set it to join every calendar meeting, only meetings you organize, only ones you enable, or ones matching rules (Setting up your AI Note Taker, February 17, 2026). Business adds "Bot avatar customization," which is the name and logo participants see.

Scribbl records with nothing joining the call. Whichever tool you use, tell everyone you're recording; some places require everyone's consent (do you have to tell people you're recording).

Fellow vs Scribbl: the better pick

Scribbl is the better pick for most people pricing Fellow. Nothing joins the call: a Chrome extension for Google Meet, and Scribbl Desktop for Mac (Apple silicon) and Windows for Zoom and Teams. Every meeting comes back with the video, a transcript with speaker names, AI notes and action items, on the free plan, with no lifetime allowance.

Scribbl keeps working after the call. Smart Collections sort meetings by themselves. Automations do the follow-up: draft the email, log notes in HubSpot or Pipedrive, post to Slack or Teams, save to Notion, Google Drive or Confluence, or open Linear, Jira, Asana or Monday tickets, and they ask before changing anything by default. On Pro, connect Scribbl to Claude or ChatGPT and ask about every meeting. Recordings are private by default, and Scribbl doesn't use your meetings to train AI for anyone other than you.
