How do I cancel or change my Scribbl plan?
Cancel Pro from Settings in your Scribbl account: find your subscription, choose Cancel and confirm. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, there are no further charges, and then your account goes back to the free plan with your meetings still in it. To upgrade or change plans, pick one on the pricing page. Pro is $13 per user per month billed annually, or $20 monthly.

How do I cancel Pro?
- Open Scribbl and go to Settings.
- Find your subscription and choose Cancel.
- Confirm. You can tell us why, but you do not have to.
A banner at the top of Settings then shows that the cancellation is pending, with a Reactivate button in case you change your mind.
When does the cancellation take effect?
At the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no further charges. You keep Pro until that date, and then your account goes back to the free plan. The free plan includes Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, with 10 meetings a month.
Will I get a confirmation email?
No. Scribbl does not send an email when you cancel. The banner in Settings is the confirmation, and it stays until the paid period ends.
Can I undo a cancellation?
Yes. Until the paid period ends, click Reactivate in the banner in Settings and Pro carries on as before. After the period ends, pick Pro again on the pricing page.
What happens to my meetings when Pro ends?
They stay in your account. Your 10 most recent meetings stay open on the free plan. Older meetings are locked, not deleted, and they open again as soon as you subscribe again.
How do I cancel a Team plan?
A team admin cancels from the team settings in Scribbl. You will be asked for a reason. Billing stops right away and there are no further charges. To remove some seats instead of the whole plan, change the number of seats in the team settings.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Pick a plan on the pricing page. Pro is $13 per user per month billed annually, or $20 monthly, and adds unlimited meetings and unlimited AI chat. The Team plan is $20 per person per month billed annually, or $29 monthly, for 3 or more people, and you start it yourself from the Team plan page in Scribbl, with no sales call. To switch between monthly and annual billing on a plan you already have, contact support from the link at the bottom of this page.
My payment failed. What happens now?
Stripe, which handles Scribbl's billing, emails you when a card payment fails. Update your card from the banner at the top of your Scribbl account and everything carries on. If the card keeps failing, Stripe retries for about three weeks, and then the subscription ends and your account goes back to the free plan.
