Does Scribbl keep my transcript data?

Only you, until you share. Recordings are private by default. When someone needs a meeting, you send them a link to the notes, the transcript and the video, and nobody else sees it.

Not for anyone other than you. Scribbl does not use the data from your meetings to train AI for the benefit of any clients other than you. Your meeting data is unique to your account.

Not unless you ask for it. Your transcripts, notes and videos live in your Scribbl account. If you want the notes in Google Drive, Notion or Confluence as well, an Automation can save them there when a meeting lands in a Smart Collection, and by default it asks before it writes anything. See how to save notes to Notion.
